image1470×1011 414 KB Okidoki (Okidoki) July 4, 2023, 10:53am 7 Well… it’s simple not like in any 2D drawing/sketching tool if you use a polygon modeller … So… just start with a plane and fit it to some measures and extrude from that or activate the Extra Objects Addon to start with a single vertex and “draw” edges to build up the mesh… And even in any 2D drawing tool you have to set something to fill or close the area to make a some “surface”… and in a 3D programm it’s also fill to make some faces… (in blender F2 after you converted it to a mesh)… meshes to not necessarily have surfaces… DNorman (DNorman) July 4, 2023, 4:14pm 8 HelloPaul1: drawing straight lines in Blender is apparently almost impossible
